Kachikwu Leaves State House, Refuses To Comment On Outcome Of Meeting With Buhari
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In about two hours interval on Friday, 6th October 2017, the Nigeria's number-one citizen, President Mohammadu Buhari alongside his Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu was in a closed-door meeting in the country's Seat of Power - the Aso-Rock Villa, perhaps on the recent shocking letter written to the former by the latter against the Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Maikanti Baru over alleged misconduct.

Immediately after the closure of the meeting, when met by the Press to comment on the outcome of the marathon tete-a-tete, Dr. Kachikwu declined, opining it was inconsequential.

It would be recalled that recently, Dr. Kachikwu wrote the Presidency against Dr. Baru over what he described as 'illegalities and insubordination'.
