News II America Awaits Total Solar Eclipse

America Awaits Total Solar Eclipse
___________________________

All parts of the North America will reportedly experience total eclipse of the Sun on Monday, August 21, 2017, and such would be the first time in the said region since 99 years.

The Earth's Satellite - the Moon - is expected to pass in front of the Sun, casting complete darkness across swathes of the Earth's surface.
Though there will not be a perfect alignment in the United Kingdom (UK), the country is expected to witness a partial solar eclipse, where the Moon would cover only a part of the Sun.
Everyone in North America, parts of South America, Africa and Europe, will experience at least a partial Eclipse of the Sun.
Rostrum's Science team gathered that about fourteen states in the United States of America (U.S.A) will witness a total solar eclipse with more than two minutes of darkness descending in the middle of the day over the course of hundred minutes.
Solar Eclipse, or Eclipse of the Sun, occurs when the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, thereby blocking the light of the latter and a shadow of the Moon would therein cast on the former's surface. Total, partial and annular are three major types of solar eclipse.
