All is now set for the Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari to leave Nigeria on Monday, September 4, 2017, for a trip to the Washington DC, the United States of America (USA) over an invitation from President Donald Trump.
It would be recalled that shortly after Mr. Trump's successful inauguration as the US President, he extended an invitation to Pres. Buhari, precisely in February 2017.
Pres. Buhari is scheduled to leave his hometown, Daura, by helicopter at 9:15 a.m tomorrow being Monday, for Katsina Airport. From the said airport, he will fly out at 10:00 a.m aboard a Presidential Jet to Washington DC.
Rostrum Political crew gathered that the earlier plan was for Pres. Buhari to combine the official visit to the US with his participation at the UN General Assembly in New York, from September 21 to 25, 2017.
